WPSL
City SC Utah are a long standing member of the WPSL. Headquartered in the south end of Salt Lake County, City SC Utah represent the West Region, Mountain Conference of the WPSL.
City SC Utah WPSL are managed by Dennis Burrows who brings over 25 years of coaching experience with multiple state, region, and national championships. Dennis is dedicated to coaching female athletes and has established the Utah Red Devils (City SC Utah) as a competitive team for female players to continue their development and path to playing soccer at the highest levels.

The WPSL’s national footprint stretches from coast-to-coast with a league all-time high of 141 active teams in 32 of the 50 states and has teams occupying 19 of the 20 largest metropolitan areas in the United States. The WPSL also has Canadian clubs based in Vancouver. The Women’s Premier Soccer League is the longest active women’s soccer league in the United States. Established in 1998, the WPSL has grown at an average of 12% over its 23-season history – a consistent trend rarely achieved in team sports that also makes it the largest women’s soccer league in the world.

WPSL COACHING STAFF 2025-2026
Dennis Burrows – Dennis has been coaching soccer since 1989 and was the Sparta United girls program DOC for 14 years successes include 16 state cup championships, 23 state cup final appearances, coaching both boys and girls teams, and has been an ODP age group head coach since 1996. Dennis has coached top 25 nationally ranked teams and has also been involved with a successful college placement for club players. He is currently the full time Director of Coaching for Utah Soccer Alliance.
